    Week 2: Weight loss versus Flyball

    Well, here we are at the start of week 2.  I'm excited!
     
    Week one went extremely well.  I lost a total of 8.3 pounds, and Terri lost 4 pounds.  That amount of weight loss in a week plus watching The Biggest Loser last night has really got me reved up for this next week.  I think it's going to be more challenging then last week because we are going to Ohio for a flyball tournament friday through sunday.  And what do we do at a flyball tournament?  Eat lots of crap, and occasionally run a dog, and then go out to eat every night.  That said, I do not have a goal to lose x number of pounds this week.  My goal is to be the same weight next monday morning as I am on friday morning before we hit the road.  I'm going armed with hard boiled eggs, chicken, veggies and fruit...let's see if I can fight off temptation.
     
    After looking at other peoples great Biggest Loser Challenge spaces, I've decided to include my menu plan for the day each time I blog.  I figure it's working for me, so it might work for someone else.
     
    Breakfast: Egg white, turkey sausage, strawberries
    Snack:  Egg white, turkey sausage, 1/2 grapefruit
    Lunch:  Chicken, ratatouille, 1/2 baked potato
    Snack:  Chicken, other 1/2 of baked potato
    Dinner:  Scallops, cucumber salad and butternut squash
    Dessert:  Strawberries
